catching up...

so i've been in the city for almost a month and barely blogged...which upsets me thoroughly...i love it here...and never want to leave...but i can't help that nagging loneliness that seeps in. but im trying not to concentrate on that.

sooo...anywayz...i have a few personal projects in the works. I just saw dark knight. for free. I saw legally blonde. for free. I've been all around manhattan. Museums, parks. Bonding with the asians, the turks, the mexicans. Must upload pics. And im getting paid.

Rediscovering my love for drawing. Can't wait for school to start. But tomorrow. I want to go out.

I did printmaking for the first time today. The class that i followed around the rest of the week-the teacher was a background designer for Doug and Rugrats. She gave me some of her drawings. Gangster. I really miss my friends. I'm watching friends.

I'm gonna go lay in bed and finish up a drawing i started.

a little bored at the moment...

so bored with the internet right now...ive checked my mail like 18 times...in the past 24 minutes....yea thats bad...

my weekend has officially commenced as of sunday night...meaning i get monday and tuesday off this week so its kind of my weekend..

ugh so tired...not really i took a nap at like 4 oclock...till 7...yea it was refreshing...if theres anything productive ive done this summer...its ive learned to take naps...my 605 posse would be proud as i am now one of them..

i forgot all the stuff i wanted to do this summer...so heres my list

learn guitar...work on photoshop...learn flash and after effects...maks some $$...work on my graphic novel...work on my book...work on my screenplay (not like i have an idea for one)...play some piano...thats really it i guess...ooo and finish harry potter...and some other books...can we start a book club now guys??

hello all..another gorgeous summer day has passed us by...i sat outside for an hour today...i think i got one tanline...progress is all i ask for...all i ask for...but i think it wore me out because i havent even been up for 12 hours and im exhausted...i should sit in bed and read harry potter...i really want to finish it this week...ok maybe not this week...but really y not...

but yea...today my glasses broke and not much else happened...

i watched oprah...i showered...i ate...i was thoroughly unproductive but now i will be because i need to throw myself into something else to take my mind off of things...

love it...

just another manic monday

so i hope everyone had a fantabulous memorial day...i did...because my grandma brought me chocolate covered raisins...=)...they were delicious...i also found out there's gonna be a spaceballs animated series!!! woohoo!!!...AND i found a dollar in the clearance section whilst at work...and living lohan is coming on soon so i have something to keep me entertained until i pass out...hopefully it will keep me entertained...i cant imagine it not keeping me entertained....can u imagine if I make a cameo in it?? i mean they are filming it on long island so maybe i was around them and theyre camera crew posse and didnt notice? thad be so rad...i could finally have my own imdb page...

i was so tired at work today...i rang for like 3 hours...and i just...after the third hour...forgot that i had knees that bend cuz i was standing for so long...mmm chocolate covered raisins...yum...

my productive day was somewhat shot to shit (not really) wen my mother and sister got into a fight about ellen degeneres... yea u read that right...ellen degeneres...

i neednt fill u in on the details my love becuase it was utterly ridiculous and i was snickering...while i ate my chocolate covered raisins =)...chocolate is the answer to everything ...NO! its not...must fight the awesome power of chocolate...

but seriously...good day =)

27 dresses...feels like 28 hours

So me and soph are watching 27 dresses...and i thought i was really gonna love it...after all james marsden is uber yummy...and i don't...really...like..it...and i want food food is good...omg im always hungry!!...and katherine heigl is always izzy stevens!!!...

i oculd really go for some james marsden...

summer so far

Other than continuing the music downloading binging...ive been doing mostly nothing...and since elly is blogging like woah (which i hope she continues to do)...i figured it would be a good idea for me to update this blog of which i had not done so since august...yikes...not to mention...she also stated..."guys-u should blog too"...so that helped...

and i really can't help but keep thinking that were having this hardcore traveling of the sisterhood pants type summer (of which the sequel comes out soon!!!) so we should def keep eachother updated on the adventure that is our life...not to mention i will work on my typing skills via this blog =)

which bring me to my point!...i learned today that i type 58 words a minute...is that good...i thought it was considering i thought it was 50...altho a couple of months i thought it was 60...so maybe im not as good as i thought =(...but yea...the reason i learned that was cuz i was on this interview at this place called supporting cast (just office bullshit)...but they made everyone take this proficincy test (??) in word/excel/ppt...and just a typing thing...obz...the actual interview part took like 5 min...and apparently i suck at microsoft excel...

so that has been my 3rd interview in the past week...no worries im STILL employed at dELia;s...discount is still in tact...and i met this conductor guy this morning who was...i dont no how to describe it...of or like a cartoon...he just kept smiling...it was really wierd...people...friendly...yuck...not to mention there were these 3 pre-pubescent boys on the train with their bikes and one was also wearing skinny black jeans..and that was not a good color for him ;)...anywayz...i was kinda hoping the conductor wouldn't punch my ticket cuz the day b4 i was on the same train...and they never punched it...FREE RIDE...WOOHOO...saved 6.25!!...which i then used to buy these really cool plates bowls and cups i saw at cvs...but then my mother read the little tag on them that said i cant put them in the microwave so i returned them...just the plates tho...and the bowls =(...but i kept the cups =)...anywayz...

sidebar-i just realized i spelled proficiency wrong 2 para. up...lol

oo that reminds me..met this boy cashier at cvs...HEY! thats wats up lol...

so yea sry-getting off track...interviews!...

i must fill u in on the interview i had last week (just told dana about it via aim)...
so i couldn't remember wtf i applied for but these ppl called me and asked me to come in for an interview...so the desperate whore that i am ofcourse was like yes!...but i really couldnt find the job description but wat did i care...

so i get there and they ask me to fill out this employee application..u no job history phone number whatevs...

so im filling out the past jobs part and it says "employer, dates employed, etc"...and then next to it it says "did u work with children"...??...yea that was my reaction...so im listening to the people on the phone around the office...trying to figure out where the fuck i am...and what it is that they do...

and then i realize...theyre an agency for nannies...i was like...i really dont remember sending my resume in for NANNY POSITIOn...u guys no i how i feel about children/little people/satan's helpers...so im getting ready to bolt...trying to figure out wtf im going to do...and then i was like fuck it...ill interview to be a nanny...itll give me a chance to work on my improv skills...so im sitting there conjuring up some story if they ask me how i heard about them...why i want this position...whatever...i didnt plan on ever seeing these people again

luckily i have a friend (my dear friend tiffany, whom i was thinking about the whole time;) ) who WAS a nanny...so she was part of my concocted sotry in my head

anywayz they call me in to interview...and just wat i suspected-theyre interviewing for an office position/support staff type deal...phew!

so im gonna go to sleep now...hmph...i really like blogging!...ill be sure to do the same tomorow...but for now...i have to go to work at 8 oclock tomorrow morning...the first night im not gonna be at club roosevelt field mall...and im having trouble on figuring out what to do...ill probably try to finish up dexter <3...
